• Biggest Kickstart allocation in the UK in 2010/11 £20.8m for 640 homes
• Second biggest LA New Build allocation in the East Midlands (£3.5m for 70 homes)
• £2 billion of investment in the pipeline
• Overall satisfaction with Council services up from 28% in 2003 to 55% in 2009
• 10 point improvement in 2008/9 alone
• Satisfaction with value for money up 13 points from 36% to 49% in 2008/9
• Satisfaction with Corby as a place to live up from 57% in 2003 to 77% in 2009
